The hotel was clean and well-maintained upon arrival, with easy access and great communication from the staff. the location, close to the seafront but away from noisy areas, was convenient. the apartment was perfect for our needs, with en suite bathrooms in the double rooms. the central location between Pleasure Beach and the Tower was ideal, and the modern amenities made our stay comfortable. While the WiFi was lacking, the neat and tidy rooms, comfortable beds, and overall cleanliness made up for it. the property was relatively small for our family of 7, but it would be ideal for a smaller group. the quiet area allowed for a peaceful stay, and the proximity to the beach was a bonus.
